Thanks to all that entered!

Our Top Pick for (Month)
Heather's water stamping with powders created the most beautiful, colourful snowflake while maintaining a crisp, clear image showing lots of details.

CAS Watercolour December's Top Picks

Thanks to all that took time from busy schedules to join our December challenge!

Our Top Pick for December
Michelle
These soft colors and a beautiful layout brought this to the top of our list.
The sentiment stamped on the vellum and fussy cut added that extra punch
without taking away from this elegant clean and simple card.

Congratulations, Michelle

CAS Watercolour December Reminder

We're over half way through December, so just a reminder of our challenge this month is Watercolour Resist.

Here's a short description of this fun technqiue.

First create a resist on your card base.  A resist can be made in many different ways: heat embossing, translucent pastes or gels, versamark, acrylic paints, etc.  Any product or technique that creates a surface that is resistant to colour.  Then add watercolouring over top.  Any type of watercolour medium is welcome (watercolour paints, distress inks, sprays, etc.).  Make sure to leave some open space on your card with limited embellishments and layers, to create a Clean and Simple design.

Please only enter Clean and Simple Watercolour cards
Thank you!!

More samples from our DT and Guest Designer, Deepti (Dee's Art Utopia).

The challenge is open until end of day Dec. 24th, so there's lots of time to play along.
